1Networking membership

Annual Membership

1Networking memberships are annual commitments and the annual fee is payable in full upon joining. The standard annual fee is £365+ VAT. In the event you join on a special offer, which may include payment by instalments, you are still committing to an annual membership and all instalments will be due as per the offer at the time. From time to time, we may make available other types of membership or offers, details of which will be made available to you at the time.

The preferred method of payment is a debit/credit card. We do not accept American Express or cheques.

We accept BACs payments for annual payments if required. Auto renewal is NOT applicable to BACS payments (For BACs payments please sales@1Networking.biz for authorisation.

  • BACs payments incur a £20 inc VAT administration fee.
  • Your annual membership period commences from the date when payment is received, not the date of the invoice.

Meeting Fees

When you join 1Networking, you join one group which meets weekly online, and your commitment is to attend each week.

Each meeting requires a fee of £5 + VAT. Meetings fees are payable in advance on a monthly basis (£20 + VAT per month).

Refunds and pausing membership

  • The annual membership fee and meeting fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • There is no facility for pausing 1Networking memberships.
  • Your membership cannot be transferred to anyone else. The only exception to this is permanent transfer to a different person in the same organisation. This can be carried out, provided it’s to cover the same seat, subject to a fee of £40 + VAT and approval by a 1N Director.
  • All transactions between you and 1Networking Ltd are business to business transactions. No refund is possible once payment has been processed.

Continuous Membership and Cancellations

In order to keep costs to a minimum and to offer an efficient membership renewal service, 1Networking provides a ‘Continuous Membership’ programme. This is applicable to all members and to the annual membership and the monthly meeting fees. You must give 30 days written notice by email to Support@1Networking.biz  if you wish to cancel.

This notice period is the 30 days prior to the expiry date of the current term of your Continuous Membership. You can check what this date is by emailing support@1Networking.biz at any time. The notice must be given by email to support@1networking.biz . 1Networking will acknowledge your cancellation email by return email. If you do not receive this email and cannot provide it to us on request, your cancellation will not be valid.

Transfer to another 1Networking Team

In exceptional circumstances, you may request a transfer to another 1Networking team. This will be allowed at the discretion of a 1N Director and will be subject to a transfer fee of £40 + VAT.

Re-joining 1Networking

If your membership lapses and you then wish to re-join, you will be offered the standard annual membership, plus the monthly meeting fees, unless there are any special offers on at the time.

Stand 1Ns

Your 1Networking membership is assigned only to you and when you join, you join one group and your commitment is to attend that group weekly. If you are unable to attend a meeting, you are able to send a Stand 1N to represent you and your business in your absence. You must complete the Stand 1N form and inform the Leadership Team of your Stand 1N in advance and this should not happen more than four times in any six month period.

If your Stand 1N has their own business and their sector is not taken by a member of your group, they may also represent their own business as a visitor.

Visitor Rewards

If you invite a visitor via the correct process, and that visitor subsequently joins 1Networking within two months, you will be rewarded with free membership days added to your existing membership term. The amount of days rewarded is dependent on the offer your visitor joins on. Your meeting fees are still payable every month.

1Networking on Facebook

1Networking has several presences on Facebook. The 1Networking HQ page is maintained by 1Networking Ltd.

We also have Facebook Groups for each individual 1Networking teams. These are managed by the 1Networking Leadership Teams.

The members’ groups are exclusive closed groups provided for our members.

1Networking reserves the right to decline membership applications to the group without notice or explanation. Groups are moderated, with specific rules posted to provide posting guidelines. In cases of persistent abuse of the group’s ethics, members will be blocked.
